Victory Technology Company (VTC) runs vtc-usa.com. This page explains, in plain English, what information the site collects, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it.
When you use the contact form, we collect what you type: your name, email address, phone number, and message. The email address and message are required; the name and phone number are optional.
Your submission is emailed to VTC and stays in our email. We do not keep a separate database of form submissions. We use what you send to reply to you and to prepare the quote or site assessment you asked about, and for nothing else.
When you send the form, an automated spam check runs in your browser and on our server to keep automated submissions out. If it cannot confirm you are a person, the form asks you to try again, or you can email or call us instead.
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and whether the contact form and Buy Now links are used. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes your IP address to do this. We look at this information in aggregate and do not use it to identify individual visitors. You can block analytics with a browser setting or extension, and the site works the same without it. You can read how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. This site does not change its behavior in response to it, because there is no industry standard for how to honor it. Blocking analytics as described above has the same effect.
Product purchases are completed through our online store, which runs on Shopify at shop.vtc-usa.com. When you tap Buy Now, you leave this site and Shopify handles your cart, checkout, payment, and order records under its own privacy policy. This site never sees or stores payment details.
The site is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability, and form submissions are delivered through an email delivery service. These providers process the information only to provide their service to us.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it. We do not share what you send us with anyone outside VTC and the service providers named above, unless the law requires it.
